Job summary

Lodestone Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller for night shift in Bradford. The role offers a 4-night week (Mon-Thu) with 39 hours and a salary of £43,000–£48,000 DOE, plus overtime opportunities and annual pay reviews.

You will machine high‑performance components for automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, marine and heavy equipment sectors, joining a team known for quality and craftsmanship in a long‑standing Bradford engineering business.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained or time-served CNC Miller
• Programming or editing experience on Fanuc and/or Haas controls
• Confident machining high-grade steels and tough materials
• Able to work to tight tolerances from detailed engineering drawings
• Oil & gas, automotive or aerospace experience is a bonus, but not essential

CNC Miller Nights Bradford £43,000 £48,000 DOE

4-night week, Monday to Thursday Permanent

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for better pay and a 3-day weekend?

Lodestone Recruitment is working with a respected Bradford engineering business with nearly 100 years in precision manufacturing. Following growth and investment, they re adding an experienced CNC Miller to their night shift team.

You ll be machining high-performance components for the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, marine and heavy equipment sectors, as part of a team known for quality and craftsmanship.

What s on offer

• £43,000 £48,000 DOE
• Monday to Thursday, 7:45pm 6:00am (39 hours), so every weekend is a long one
• Occasional overtime at time and a half
• Permanent from day one
• Annual pay review in line with inflation
