Hawk 3 is seeking experienced CNC Mill/Turn Machinists for permanent roles in Tewkesbury. The positions offer day and night shifts in a modern manufacturing environment, with opportunities to work on both CNC milling and turning equipment producing precision components from engineering drawings.

Applicants should have proven experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machinery, reading drawings, and working to tight tolerances. Knowledge of Fanuc or other CNC controls is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machinery.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances.
• Good knowledge of tooling, offsets and inspection equipment.

Responsabilités

• Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machines.
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances.
• Reading engineering drawings.
• Using measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Carrying out your own quality checks.
• Making tool changes and offsets where required.
• Working with a range of materials and component sizes.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
