Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a long-established aerospace manufacturer in Tewkesbury. You will work the 39-hour night shift operating CNC milling machines controlled by FANUC OI MF and produce precision prismatic components to drawn specifications.

You will set tools, adjust offsets, and inspect finished work to drawing and SPC requirements while maintaining 5C/5S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Understanding drawings and SPC requirements.
• Aerospace component manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC OI MF controls.
• Produce precision prismatic components to customer drawings and specifications.
• Carry out tool setting and offset adjustments.
• Inspect own work to drawing and SPC requirements.
• Maintain high standards of organisation and cleanliness per 5C/5S.
