Job description

With the extensive development and completion of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, Red Bull Powertrains is seeking experienced CNC Milling/Turning Machinists to join the team on a permanent contract. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action, contributing to the next chapter of our Formula One journey.

Note: The role will begin on a day shift, with the possibility of moving to early and late shifts in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacture critical powertrain components to the highest quality, adhering to engineering drawings and models using CNC machine tools efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Cell and Shift Leaders and communicate with Manufacturing departments to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  3. Operate machine tools safely and productively, following company health and safety policies.
  4. Inspect all work using available equipment to ensure the highest quality before submission to inspection.
  5. Support the Head of Cell & Shift Leaders to drive and develop the departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Work according to all ERP procedures, including raising, signing off, and maintaining works orders to ensure data integrity.
  7. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving requirements.

What we need:

We are looking for individuals with expertise in operating and setting a variety of DMG MORI multi-axis CNC Lathe and Mill-Turn machines using Fanuc NC code with Renishaw probing systems. The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings using Siemens NX, producing precise machined metallic components, is essential. We seek highly self-motivated individuals who thrive under pressure, communicate confidently, and pay uncompromising attention to detail.
