Qualifications

Our client specialises in supplying best-in-class precision engineering of complex components to customers around the world.

Requirements
  • Experience in operating, setting, and running Mazatrol CNC Lathes of 2 axes and using driven tool lathes and/or 5-axis Mazak mills in an AS9100 Rev D environment.
  • Good knowledge of tool setting and tooling requirements.
  • Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to meet manufacturing specifications.
  • Experience working with High Tensile and Ultra High Tensile Materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Route Cards.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances on various materials.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an engineering environment.

Hours
