MTrec Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled CNC Turner (MAZAC) to join our manufacturing team on a permanent basis. You will set up and operate MAZAC lathes, program using CAD/CAM and SolidWorks, and inspect parts to precise tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating MAZAC CNC lathes in manufacturing.
• Hands-on use of hand tools, power tools, and tooling.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and CAD/CAM processes.
• Knowledge of grinding, welding, and plastics injection molding.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints accurately.

Responsabilités

• Operate and program MAZAC CNC lathes to produce precision components.
• Set up and maintain MAZAC turning machines for optimal performance.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to produce components.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold safety protocols.
• Use CAD software to create machining instructions.
