GE Vernova in Bangor, Maine is seeking a manufacturing engineer with CNC experience to define and control production processes and tooling. The role supports lean initiatives, NPI, and CNC processes, with a focus on quality, safety, delivery and cost (SQDC).

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering, at least 1 year CNC experience, and is able to work on 2nd shift. Relocation benefits are provided; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing or operations experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNC experience (programming preferred)
  • Must be willing and able to work B shift (330pm-2A)
  • Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangor, Maine.

Responsabilités

May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap.
  • Support New Product Introduction.
  • Support CNC processes.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $68,500.00 and $102,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
