Job Title: CNC Machinists / Manufacturing Associates

Location: Corinium Centre, Love Lane Industrial Estate, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, UK

Job Description:

Corin is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join our Instrument Refurbishment team at our Cirencester site. The role involves working on the refurbishment of surgical instruments used in hip and knee implants.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Mills and Lathes (3 and 5 Axis) using Fanuc programmes
  • Manual lathe operating
  • CNC wire eroding
  • Tool making and modification
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Working with metals such as stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and titanium
  • Using gauges and measuring equipment to ensure quality
  • Conduct inspection and quality checks of small components
  • Assist with general workshop maintenance
  • Program editing for N-Y / Fanuc machines
  • Follow work instructions and SOPs, adhere to ISO procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience with CNC machining, manual lathe operation, and wire eroding
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Experience working with medical or metal components is desirable
Shift and Salary:

Double day shift (alternating early and late shifts), salary of £23,000 plus 20% shift allowance (£4,600), with opportunities for progression and bonuses.

Additional Information:
