As part of our ongoing growth, Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking to recruit experienced CNC Machinists to support our expanding operations in Wolverhampton.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of aerospace innovation, contributing directly to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You’ll be part of a team that brings cutting-edge designs to life, machining complex components for some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Setting up and operating a range of CNC machines (mill/turn, multi-axis).
  2. Supporting NPI programs, working closely with engineering and quality teams to develop and refine new components.
  3. Performing first-off inspections and completing all required quality documentation.
  4. Working to extremely tight tolerances in a high-spec aerospace environment.
What You’ll Bring:
  1. A recognised engineering apprenticeship.
  2. 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma, etc.).
  3. A strong background in engineering or manufacturing — aerospace experience preferred.
  4. Deep understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and inspection methods.
  5. A proactive mindset with a focus on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

Working 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7.30 am – 4.15 pm and Friday 7.30 am – 11.30 am.
