Job summary

NMB Minebea Lincoln site seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to operate turning, milling and grinding cells and deliver precision components for aerospace customers. You will work to tight quality standards, follow procedures, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC turning, milling or grinding
• Able to use standard measuring equipment accurately
• Background in engineering/manufacturing environment
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, team-focused with commitment to quality
• Able to follow procedures and work to targets

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, efficient running of CNC machines
• Produce components meeting strict quality standards
• Deliver work OTIF (on time in full)
• Self-inspection and sanctioning of own work
• Work across turning, milling and grinding cells
• Support 5S standards and workplace organisation
• Gain cross-training across all cell disciplines
• Assist with assembly or non-machinery tasks when needed
