NMB Minebea at its Lincoln site is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist to operate turning, milling and grinding equipment within a precision manufacturing environment. You will join a collaborative team delivering components for aerospace customers and contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Competenze

• Experience in CNC turning, milling or grinding in an engineering/manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to read and use standard measuring equipment.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude with quality commitment.
• Able to follow procedures and work to targets.

Mansioni

• Keep CNC machines running smoothly and efficiently.
• Produce components meeting tight quality standards.
• Deliver work on Time In Full (OTIF).
• Self-inspection and sanctioning of own work.
• Work across turning, milling and grinding operations as required.
