Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC/Machine Operator to join their team in Plymouth. This role offers stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to develop technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operating and setting CNC machinery according to company procedures
2. Performing gauge checks and reporting defects
3. Ensuring correct tooling installation and adherence to specifications
4. Completing daily checklists and maintaining machine performance
5. Following safety procedures and participating in ongoing training

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in machine operation or CNC setting (2-3 years preferred, but not essential)
2. Ability to work shifts as required
3. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
4. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
