CNC Machinist / Manufacturing Engineer (Train into CAD/CAM) £30,000 - £45,000 + Progression to Team Leader + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Performance related bonus + 32 Days Holiday + Pension + Early Friday Finish

Workshop based role, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ross-on-Wye, Cirencester, Swindon, Bristol, Worcester, and the surrounding areas.

1. Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling and turning machines using CAD/CAM software.
2. Interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing manual machining when needed.
3. Conducting precision quality inspections and ensuring high production standards.
4. Supporting continuous improvement and collaborating with design, assembly, and engineering teams.
