Qualifications

• Previous experience in CNC milling or grinding / EDM operations.
• Experience within the Aerospace sector is advantageous.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Able to self-inspect own parts using manual measuring equipment.
• Experience of using machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are machined according to agreed specifications.
• Achieve machine setting skills for setups.
• Understand engineering drawings and align fixtures correctly.
• Inspect parts as per quality standards and resolve issues.
• Operate CMM machines for inspection.
• Achieve all production and quality targets set by the Cell Manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
