Qualifications

• Teile mit CNC-Maschinen unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards herstellen.
• Werkstücke planen und CAD verwenden, um die Machining-Jobs zu gestalten.

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacture parts with CNC machines using industry-standard techniques while adhering to quality assurance procedures.
2. Plan machining jobs from work schedules, engineering drawings, and CAD.
3. Program new parts and modify existing ones using Mazatrol as needed.
4. Determine work holding, tool holding, and tools required for jobs, working independently or with other staff.
5. Assemble tools and toolholders and set with presetter.
6. Design and manufacture fixtures and work holding devices.
7. Manage tooling and material needs, check inventory, and place orders as necessary.
8. Use conventional machining equipment to manufacture parts as required.
9. Maintain and update manufacturing information per company directives.
10. Ensure safe operations in compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
11. Perform equipment preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure functionality.
12. Keep work area clean and equipment maintained according to standards.
13. Arrive on time, work overtime and weekends as needed.
14. Take ownership of work, act professionally, and collaborate effectively.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. High school machining program or post-secondary technical training in machining.
2. Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a prototyping or high-mix environment.
3. Experience with Mazak Mazatrol is a plus.
4. Ability to set up, prove out, and operate CNC machines independently.
5. Qualified with precision measuring instruments.
6. Ability to read drawings and understand GD&T.
7. Knowledge of work holding, tool holding, and tooling equipment.
8. Good math skills.
9. Basic computer skills.
10. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
11. Adaptability to change and flexible work hours.
12. Strong English communication skills.
13. Ability to produce accurate parts to deadlines with quality finish.
