The company is seeking a talented CNC - Cell Operative to join their team at their Denham site. As a CNC - Cell Operative, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality components for state-of-the-art ejector seats, contributing to safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect components in line with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools following the company's TPM programme and manuals.
• Deburr components to meet required standards within the machine cycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a machine shop environment, capable of working from technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines, including tool setting, deburring, milling, and turning.
• Ability to inspect components according to quality standards.
