We are currently recruiting for CNC Miller / Turner - setter/operators - Fanuc Controls
A family run business which was established in 1971. Providing subcontract CNC machining services to a number of industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive, Electronic and Nuclear to name a few.
Location -Stonehouse (GL10)
Hours - Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm Fri - 8:30am - 3:30pmOvertime - Consistently available paid at time + a third.
All CNC Machines are Fanuc controlled. Setter/Operator - will be expected to make adjustments and edit the programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, and operate CNC turning or milling machinery using Fanuc controls.
• Manufacture high-specification components to exact tolerances for demanding applications.
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist in efficient machine utilisation.
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating CNC turning/milling machinery within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Fanuc controls.
• Skilled in working to tight tolerances across a range of materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.
• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with hand tools and machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
