Job summary

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained CNC Machinist is essential.
• Experience in medical, aerospace, automotive or fine engineering environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and quality requirements.
• CMM experience desirable, but training will be provided.
• Reliable, quality-focused and able to work as part of a team.

CNC Machinist

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £28,410-£31,658 + 17.22% shift allowance (£33,302-£37,109)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Days & Lates

Job Type: Permanent

We are looking for 2 experienced CNC Machinists to join a well-established engineering business. This is a permanent opportunity offering an attractive salary, shift allowance and excellent benefits.

• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out quality checks and ensure components meet required standards
• Work accurately to tight tolerances
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high standards of housekeeping

Requirements:

Shift Pattern:

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:00pm / 1:45pm-10:00pm

Friday: 6:00am-11:30am / 11:15am-3:45pm
