Job summary

Stafforce Ports is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a Monday to Thursday shift with early start hours. The role involves CNC turning and milling to produce precision components, setting up machines and performing first-off inspections against engineering drawings.

You will work with micrometers, verniers and CMMs for quality checks, and may occasionally operate a Forklift for lifting and slingings. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety and continuous quality improvement.

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a skilled operator with CNC Turning and Milling experience to produce precision-engineered components to the highest quality standards.

Key Duties:

• CNC Turning & Milling
• Machine set-up and first-off inspection
• Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
• Using inspection equipment including micrometers, verniers and CMMs
• Forklift driving, lifting & slinging
• Maintaining quality, efficiency and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven CNC machining experience
• Strong quality inspection skills
• Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
• FLT and lifting/slinging experience desirable
