TODO is the pioneer behind the revolutionary DRY-BREAK couplers and is recognised as the leading provider of couplings and accessories across many different sectors when transferring liquids and gases whether it’s a major chemical facility, offshore rig or LPG site.

Responsibilities

  • Running and monitoring CNC machines
  • Routinely checking and monitoring Machine Shop throughput/efficiencies
  • Support implementation of 5S activities throughout the machining areas
  • Comply with all the organisations HSEQ policy and procedure requirements - including Risk Assessments, PPE Instructions and other Safe Working Instructions.
  • Conduct pre-use visual checks on machines prior to commencing work.
  • Check condition of cables of equipment prior to commencing work activities.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area before, during and after completing work.
  • Examine own work, checking for defects to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications
  • Record work activity on Production packs (and any other documentation as and when instructed).

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working with CNC Lathes and/or Milling machines
  • Minimum of 3 years setting experience
  • The ability to work in both Metric & Imperial units.
  • An understanding of drawings / technical data
  • Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with personnel at all levels;
