Location:Feltham

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour

Job Type: Contract

Working Hours:8am-5pm Thursdays, 8-1pm on Fridays

Join a High-Performing Precision Engineering Team. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our skilled and forward-thinking engineering team in Sunbury-on-Thames. You'll play a key role in the production of precision-engineered components, using both CNC milling machines and manual workshop equipment. We're seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist

Machining & Production

  • Manufacture components to exacting tolerances using CNC and manual machines

  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision

  • Support documentation of drawing changes to improve production accuracy

Efficiency & Improvement

  • Identify and address production inefficiencies or waste

  • Work with a mindset of cost-effectiveness, safety, and functionality

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, following 5S principles

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts

About You
