Job Title: CNC Machinist

Shift: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm (Mon - Fri) Rotating Weekly

Pay: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + shift allowance (Dependent on Experience)

Location: Leicestershire, LE8

The CNC Machinist Role
  • Operate CNC and finishing machinery to manufacture precision components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to produce parts to specification.
  • Use inspection equipment, interpret results, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, meeting all quality and safety requirements.
  • Provide accurate progress updates and completion dates to support workflow.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, route cards, and quality records.
  • Support and assist colleagues when required.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and maintain a tidy, organised work area.
The Candidate
