The basics:

• Job title: CNC Machinist - CNC Turner
• Industry: Precision engineering
• Pay: Up to £34,000 per annum + shift allowance of £20.60 per full shift worked. Approximate annual earnings of £38,284 including overtime.
• Hours: 36.5 hours/week - Mondays 3 pm to 1 am, Tuesday to Thursday 3 pm to 12:30 am.
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday, double on Sundays.
• Holidays and Benefits: Death in Service Benefit - 2x annual salary; Pension - 5%, with 3% contribution by employer; Holidays - 5.6 weeks including bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 1 year of service.
• Location: Long Eaton

The ideal candidate / CNC Machinist may have some of the following, but these are only desirable and not essential:

• Time-served engineering apprenticeship
• Previous CNC Turning experience
• Ability to program/edit online at the machine
• Experience in a precision engineering environment (beneficial)

Commutable from Derby, Burton upon Trent, Nottingham, Alfreton, and surrounding areas.
