Machining Trainer/Instructor (Full Training Provided)

40,000 - 50,000 + OFF THE TOOLS + Days Based + Pension + Full training + 36 Days Holiday

Are you a CNC machining engineer with a background in CAD/CAM

Do you want to transition away from industry and into a rewarding training role, where you can work with the next generation of CNC engineers?

This company is growing from strength to strength. With a fantastic workshop and state of the art equipment, they offer the highest level of training to engineers seeking qualifications in a wide range of engineering disciplines.

In this Monday to Friday, days-based role, you will work with apprentices, teaching CNC machining both in the workshop and in the classroom.

The ideal candidate will be a time served CNC machining engineer who wants to move off the tools into a training role.

This is a great role for someone looking to change careers and make a real difference to peoples lives.

The Role:

Full training provided
Developing and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards
Ensuring all relevant paperwork relating to training, assessments, and company business is completed on time and accurately

The Person:

Come from a CNC machining background
HNC/HND qualified however a level 3 would be considered.
Candidates with CNC milling and CNC turning experience are encouraged to apply
Interested in transitioning into a trainer role
Time-served, ideally with 5 - 10 years in industry.
