Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is sourcing a Machine Operator/CNC Operator for their Brackley facility. The role involves operating manual and digital saws, setting up and running CNC machines for production, and maintaining high quality and productivity.

The position offers training and development opportunities, with a Monday–Friday (days) schedule and an early finish on Friday, plus holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Machine Shop or CNC Setter / Operator role.
• Passionate, motivated & quality driven.
• Willing to train and progress within a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Set up and running of CNC machines for prototypes & production
• Operate other machine shop equipment (saws, drills etc.) as required.
• Maintaining a high level of quality
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
