CNC Machine Operator/Alloy Wheel Refurbisher

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR/ALLOY WHEEL REFURBISHER

Salary - £30,000 - £33,000
Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (4pm Finish Friday)
Location - Rotherham

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON CNC MACHINE & DIAMOND CUTTING*

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator/Alloy Wheel Refurbisher to join our client. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art body shop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.
As an Alloy Wheel Refurbisher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and performance of vehicles by repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels.
This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Duties as an CNC Machine Operator/Alloy Wheel Refurbisher include:
·Conduct thorough inspections of alloy wheels to identify damage, scratches, dents, and other imperfections.
·Prepare the wheels for painting as per the detailed instruction, using appropriate tools.
·Carrying out small alloy wheel repairs
·Diamond Cutting
·Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
·Perform quality checks on completed alloy wheel repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
·Maintain detailed records of repairs

Skills and Qualifications of an CNC Machine Operator/Alloy Wheel Refurbisher:
·Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Painter
·Experience with water-based paint
·Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation
