Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operator– 1st or 3rd Shift | Portsmouth, NH | $20 - $22/hr | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity!

Location: Portsmouth, NH 02801
Pay: $20.00/hr (1st Shift) | $22.00/hr (3rd Shift with 10% Differential)
Shifts Available:
️ 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (Target Start Early August)
️ 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:30am (Start ASAP!)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll work hands-on in a clean, modern facility, operating state-of-the-art automated CNC machines. If you’ve got manufacturing or machine operation experience and are looking to get your foot in the door with a company that values training and internal growth — this is the job for you.

No CNC experience? No problem! We’re willing to train candidates who bring solid manufacturing experience and a great attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Operate automated Haas EC-400 CNC equipment
Load & unload aluminum components for machining
Perform light assembly using fixtures and screw guns
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate as needed
Maintain clean, organized workstations
Follow all safety protocols and support continuous improvement efforts
Perform preventative maintenance and additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
CNC experience a plus but not required (we will train!)
Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Ability to start immediately on 3rd shift
