TERRAMAC FABRICATION LTD is a machinery company based out of GRANVILLE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE 90 GRANVILLE ROAD, DUNGANNON, UK.

Our client is currently on the lookout for a CNC Machine Centre Setter Operator.

Job details

Schedule:

  • 9-5 pm - Monday to Friday
  • Shift Patterns Available

Salary: £11.85 per hour

Key Maintenance CNC Operator Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of CMM measuring & SPC
  • Make adjustments & corrections based on measurement data.
  • Set up & replace tooling.
  • Complete routine machine maintenance activities.
  • Loading & unloading parts from input & output conveyors.
  • Use of supplemental equipment including engraving, flaw detection, and hydraulic pressing.
  • Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement & Safe Working.
  • Communicate well with colleagues on alternative shifts, conduct thorough handovers, and highlight issues to the site management team.
  • Follow Safe Systems of Work.
  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures & process control systems.
  • Pride in quality of work and workplace.
  • Auditing and Control of Consumables.
  • Read drawings & measure parts to drawing tolerances.
  • Use of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines & measuring instruments.
  • Self-motivated & conscientious.
  • Reliable & punctual.
  • Ability & drive to root cause & prevent reoccurrence of faults.
  • Good IT skills and quick to learn new skills on CNC Systems.
