We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Miller to join our team and learn new skills while enhancing existing ones. The role demands accuracy, diligence, resilience, and would suit a self-motivated individual.

About Innovative Tooling Solutions: a worldwide market and technological leader in the manufacture of the ITS Controlled Boring System (CBS) and ITS Contouring Heads (CH).

Due to current success, we are recruiting CNC Millers at our Glenrothes facility. A competitive wage based on experience is offered, along with benefits including 33 days holiday per year (pro-rata), 5% employer pension contribution, and life assurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement production policies aligned with company goals.
• Assist in the production of components to customer specifications.
• Set, operate, and program CNC control systems.
• Contribute to productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Ensure components are correctly identified with traceability maintained.
• Verify that all products meet specifications and are produced efficiently.
• Follow health & safety procedures and promote safe practices.
• Identify and proactively resolve production issues.
