Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology, a long‑standing engineering firm, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize production methods, tooling and processes for CNC and manual machining. You will implement Lean principles, develop process documentation, and support shop floor efficiencies with cross‑functional teams.

You will work closely with engineers and cell leaders to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and on‑time delivery while maintaining safety standards and best practices across the plant.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering with proven track record in manufacturing roles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and CNC/manual machining (Milling/Turning).
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs using Siemens, Mazak, or Heidenhain control languages.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods and documentation for product manufacture.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Support machine shop and processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers on manufacturing processes and materials.
