CNC LATHE Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Lathe CNC Programmer - Night Shift to join our team on the night shift. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components, ensuring efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using [Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens/Mazak] controls
2. Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathes/Milling/Grinding, etc.)
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Perform first-off inspections and make necessary adjustments
5. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
6. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Night shift experience preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of [specific machines & controls]
3. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
4. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Understanding of health & safety procedures in manufacturing
