PureKat Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting a Bench Hand for a full-time, permanent position in Haverhill. You will join an experienced workshop team assembling furniture from CNC-machined components, using hand and power tools in line with drawings.

We are seeking someone with practical tool skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to read technical plans. The role offers regular overtime, 40 hours per week, with a typical 07:30–16:00 schedule and benefits as outlined by the client.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bench Hand or related furniture roles.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble furniture accurately from CNC components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Perform quality checks during assembly.
• Check finished work for defects before shipment.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment.
• Work independently and as part of the team.
• Support general workshop duties and improvements.
