Title: CNC Field Service Engineer

Location: Gloucester & Surrounding Areas

Shifts: Monday - Friday (with travel/overnight stay)

Salary & Package: Basic £36,000 per annum + Annual Bonus = OTE £50,000 per annum

The Role:

My client, an award-winning machine and tooling manufacturer, is seeking a CNC field service engineer to join their highly skilled team during this very exciting time in the business on a full time, permanent basis.

This field-based role involves servicing and maintaining CNC machines, utilizing mechanical and electrical skills. You will be highly rewarded with training progression, a company car and all expenses covered, a fantastic bonus scheme, plus the ability to be based at homes from call outs with no need to report to a specific site. Therefore it is essential you can manage your diary, your workload and most importantly your own time efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate previous experience working with CNC machinery (milling, turning, manual lathes).
  • Confident servicing both electrical and mechanical parts within a CNC manufacturing facility autonomously.
  • You must be a strong communicator, confident in your own ability and be able to manage your own time and workload.
  • You must be a qualified engineer (level 3 and above) - preferably through an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or Craftsmanship.
  • You must be eager to progress and develop with the company long-term.
  • You must hold a full / clean UK driving licence.
