  • Previous experience in a CNC machining environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC operations and tooling.
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in production.
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvements.
  • Confident communicator with good problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support CNC operators during the shift.
  • Plan and allocate workloads to meet production schedules.
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers.
  • Monitor performance and drive efficiency using production data.
  • Apply Lean practices to reduce waste and improve processes.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S.
  • Support operator training, onboarding, and development.
  • Promote a strong culture of health and safety.
  • Work with maintenance to ensure machines remain in top condition.

Shifts and Salary
  • Fixed Day Shift: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
  • Fixed Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22:00-07:00
