Techrete Uk & Ireland is seeking a Metal Work CNC Break Press Operator in Hibaldstow, England. You will bend and shape sheet metal using a press brake, read drawings, and ensure components meet design standards.

Join a collaborative team and maintain QA processes, calibrate tooling, and operate safely with PPE, while contributing to continuous improvement and on-site training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Minimum 2–3 years' press brake operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings to a high standard.
• Fluent English language skills and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Bend and shape sheet metal using a press brake while meeting design and quality standards.
• Follow QA processes aligned with CE accreditation requirements.
• Set up and calibrate equipment, select tooling, and adjust settings for pressure and angles.
• Inspect finished components with precision measuring tools for dimensional accuracy.
• Read 2D and 3D fabrication drawings and address defects or issues.
• Complete daily health and safety check sheets and logs.
• Carry out routine maintenance on press brake and related equipment.
• Work with management on materials, stock levels, and consumable orders.
