Our client is looking for a CNC Pressbrake Setter/Operator to start ASAP! The company is based in Totton and manufactures a comprehensive range of integrated facade components.

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm and Fri 7am-3.30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and a paid morning tea break.

Hourly pay rate: £14.01 plus overtime after 40 hours a week.

This is a temp-to-perm role.

Main Duties:

• Interpret engineering drawings
• Select and set appropriate tooling
• Maintain tooling
• Operate the CNC controller
• Make minor adjustments when necessary
• Use the machine in MDI (manual data input) mode to produce simple components
• Load and operate the machine to produce quality products
• Inspect punched blanks

Experience using Bystronic CNC Pressbrakes is desirable, but candidates with experience of other brands are also accepted.
