An established industry player is seeking a CMM Inspector for a lab-based role in Rugby. This position involves working with ceramic products for the defence and automotive sectors. Set up and program CMM machinery with training provided.
Follow drawings, complete paperwork, and perform visual inspections.

Quality experience with CMM experience wanted for a busy engineering company in Rugby. This is a lab-based role working with ceramic products for the defence / automotive sector.

You will be setting up the CMM machinery, programming (with training), following drawings, completing paperwork, and visual inspection.

The end material is ceramics which behave differently from metal, so there is a learning curve.

This is a rotating role working Monday - Friday (week of morning and week of afternoon).

What skills / experience is needed?

CMM operating experience.
Some quality inspection paid work experience.
Great eye for detail.
Fully numerate and literate.
Flexible attitude towards working shifts.
Keen, strong desire to learn.

This role offers you:

14.22 p/hour (starting salary)
Salary rises as you become more skilled.
Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
Excellent facilities.
37 hours paid week.
