We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Team Manager to join our vibrant, multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team in Totton.
We are a well-established group of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing compassionate and collaborative care to adults with significant mental illness.
We are looking for a clinical leader who has extensive experience in working in mental health. You will be responsible for developing a highly skilled workforce to drive forward our ambition to put the voices and experiences of patients and their families at the heart of everything that we do to ensure high quality care is delivered.
You'll therefore need to be able to demonstrate well-developed leadership skills, be creative and innovative as you lead the team to work in partnership to deliver the community mental health transformation agenda.

To co-ordinate the management of the senior multi disciplinary operational team leaders, ensuring effective training, ongoing professional development and professional and clinical supervision is maintained for all staff.
To manage financial resources efficiently and in line with agreed plans/budgets.
To understand and contribute to the management of the wider environment and stakeholders e.g. commissioning.
To assist the Head of Nursing in the strategic development of local secondary care mental health services and wider transformation of mental health services.
