We are seeking an experienced clinician with a strong background in Community Mental Health Teams and some leadership experience to join us as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing referrals, overseeing duty management and clinical coordination, as well as providing clinical supervision and performance monitoring for staff. You will hold a caseload of complex patients, delivering expert clinical care while supporting recruitment and staff development within the team.
