About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable administrator to join our friendly team within Child Missing Education and Elective Home Education Team for Warwickshire County Council.

We are a busy team who work with other key partners within the local authority as well as schools, external agencies and members of the public.

Key Requirements

We require someone who has the skills to provide comprehensive administrative support as well as the confidence to respond to enquiries from external sources, providing guidance and signposting where appropriate. You will be the first port of call on the phone for our stakeholders, as well as responding to email communications, therefore good written and verbal communication skills are crucial along with the ability to confidently communicate effectively with a range of people.

You will be accessing sensitive and confidential information relating to children within Warwickshire and recording information on their files using different ICT systems, therefore accuracy with receiving information and data recording as well as maintaining confidentiality is paramount to this role.

This is an extremely interesting and varied position whereby no two days are the same. We are looking for applications from people with a flexible, solution-focused attitudes who can provide the administration support we are looking for.
