Job Title: Cluster Registered Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £44,100 – £49,613 per annum (Pro Rata, Depending on Experience)

Service Users: YPs aged 8 to 18 with EBD and LD
Qualifications Required:
Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner (England), SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland), or Level 3 Residential Childcare
Willingness to achieve Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (England) or SCQF Level 10 in Care Services Leadership (Scotland)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum of 2 years within the past 5 years in children’s residential care
Minimum of 1 year within the past 5 years supervising or leading a care team
Employment Type: Permanent
Number of Beds: Varies – 1 (Solo) to 3-bed homes
Location: Cluster across North England or Scotland
Type of YPs: EBD, LD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Ofsted Rating: Varies across homes (High standards consistently maintained)
Ratio of staff to children: High staffing ratios for personalised care

You’ll be joining a well-established, large-scale residential child care provider with 56 homes across the UK, including Cumbria, Lancashire, Scotland, Yorkshire, and St Helens. The organisation has nearly 22 years of experience supporting young people and continues to expand through acquisitions and innovation. With two schools and a dedicated in-house clinical team, they are leaders in therapeutic residential care.
Cluster Managers have first refusal on any upcoming Registered Manager posts
Clear pathway to roles such as Quality Improvement Manager or Area Manager
Internal L&D programme for leadership development, including lateral progression into clinical, commissioning, or L&D departments

L5 Diploma / SCQF Level 10 Leadership Development
£44,100 – £49,613 per annum (pro rata)
