Job summary

The Landmark London and its sister properties are seeking a Cluster Training Officer to coordinate all training sessions across The Landmark London, Royal Lancaster London, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush, 15 Basil Street Apartments and Fountain House. You will join the Talent & Culture team and report to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

We offer annual earnings up to £40,000 (£37,574 base salary) plus non-contractual troncs, staff discounts, complimentary meals on duty,

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous similar role.
• Intermediate written and spoken level of English.
• CIPD qualified preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses.
• Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels.
• Managing the training budgets across the businesses.
• Facilitating training sessions across the businesses.
• Responsible for projects as and when required.
