Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a care environment.

  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Cluster Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers

  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect

  • Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to coach and support staff

  • Ensure smooth service delivery through high standards and strong leadership

  • Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals

  • Work flexibly on a rota basis, including some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism

  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Plans

  • A strong role model with excellent communication and IT skills

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve within 18 months)

  • Full UK driving licence – essential
