A leading support service provider in Chester is seeking a passionate Cluster Team Manager to lead a newly launched service. This role involves supervising Support Workers and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in support roles, effective communication skills, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care. A full UK driving licence is essential. Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve within 18 months).
  • Full UK driving licence - essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers.
  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect.
  • Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to coach and support staff.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery through high standards and strong leadership.
  • Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals.
  • Work flexibly on a rota basis, including some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cluster Team Manager, you will:
