Location: Birmingham Salary: £14.22 per hour Hours: 37.5 per week Must have a full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle

The Role: Leadership that Matters

As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be more than a supervisor – you’ll be a role model, motivator, and change-maker. You’ll lead a passionate team supporting adults in Supported Living settings to build their independence, boost their confidence, and live life on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and inspire your team to deliver person-centred, empowering support

  • Promote independence and social inclusion for the people we support

  • Coordinate team meetings and attend keyworker reviews

  • Support with rota management, daily planning, and staff supervision

  • Handle incident reporting, safeguarding, and medication audits

  • Lead by example with hands-on care and support

About You: Natural Leader with a Big Heart

You’re driven by purpose, thrive under pressure, and bring out the best in people. You’ve got experience in Adult Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities, and you’re ready to step up (or continue!) as a leader.

What You’ll Need:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

  • Previous team leader or supervisory experience

  • Solid knowledge of health & safety, first aid, and moving & handling

  • A proactive mindset and passion for quality care

  • A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
