Location: Birmingham (B31) Salary: £14.22 per hour Hours: 37.5 per week Requirement: Full, clean UK driving licence + own vehicle

Your Role: Leadership That Matters

As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be more than a manager — you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and frontline advocate for person-centred care. You’ll lead by example, guiding support teams across our Supported Living services to deliver care that changes lives.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver tailored, empowering support

  • Coordinating staff rotas, planning daily activities & leading team meetings

  • Promoting independence, inclusion, and mental wellbeing

  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, medication audits, and incident reporting

  • Liaising with external professionals during reviews and key meetings

  • Providing hands-on support and modelling best practices

To succeed, you’ll need: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Experience leading a team in adult social care A solid understanding of first aid, health & safety, and manual handling A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and compassion A full, clean driving licence and access to your own car
