As Cluster Sales Manager, you will drive the Hotels' Sales and Marketing plan. Reporting to the General Managers and the National Sales Director, you will ensure both brands are well represented while actively seeking new opportunities and cross-selling all hotels within Mal & HdV.
You will manage and lead the inquiry process, ensure training and communication within the department and across the two hotels are efficiently implemented, and develop strong relationships with guests.
You should be a self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers.
Experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of the hotel industry would be beneficial.
