Salary from £41,000 to £43,000 plus 15% Bonus

Hybrid working with 1 day working from home

We are currently looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to look after our Leisure segment across our London Hotels:

ME London Hotel, WC2R 1HA

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Proactively hunt for new accounts with high business potential for the hotel. Ensure rate negotiation aligns with hotel objectives and business plan targets, focusing on high-end ADR for The Level at Melia White House & Melia London Kensington.
2. Participate in sales blitz, presentations, road-shows, FAM trips, and other sales activities.
3. Support other sales team members in sales activities, including show rounds, FAM trips, presentations, reports, and other projects.
4. Research potential new accounts daily by reviewing arrival lists, media, and publications to meet the yearly budget targets.
5. Contribute to key sales projects aligned with business and budget objectives.
6. Work closely with our Global Sales office.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Deep understanding of hotel operations, brand strategies, and customer experience tools.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
