This role reports to the Area General Manager, working closely with our central Kew Green National Teams.
Based either in Mercure Nottingham or Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston, you will be accountable for growing market share, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding commercial results across both hotels. Through strategic sales planning and solution-driven leadership, you will ensure revenue targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
