Collaborate closely with General Managers (GMs) and Regional General Managers (RGMs) to create and implement a cohesive and agreed-upon sales strategy for the hotels.
Work with the central Revenue and Marketing departments to align hotel sales activities with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
Ensure robust sales planning at the hotel for the corporate market and key holiday periods, including listings, internal sales activities, and outreach actions.
Oversee and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, using appropriate messaging to create awareness of the hotels and their offerings.
Ensure weekly hotel sales activities are in place and aligned with hotel targets.
